With over a decade of designs and development under our belts, Jose Bono of Guava Graphics and Guava Business Solutions has helped hundreds of clients visualize and experience solutions. “Every client or business I meet has very specific needs. You have to understand their world and their product to successfully deliver.”

In 1994, he recognized the power of the web and how graphic design would take a significant shift in that realm. Having been classically trained in graphic design and fine art, he started to self-teach HTML coding and digital design tools. By 1997, Guava Graphics was created with 30 websites hosted in a Carlsbad CA apartment. “It was incredible that even then, businesses were carving out their space online. Even before Google was popular, I was figuring out how to get people seen online – with cool designs to boot”.

Today, Jose and his team develop some of the most innovative and successful designs both online and on the mobile space. Guava Graphics and Guava Business Solutions now continues to grow quickly and develop a significant portfolio on the web and mobile apps. “Mobile is the future of the web – there is no question. Most businesses will be focused on content delivery to mobile devices over the next 5 years. Usability and interface designs will need to improve and innovation will help drive that.”
